Returns and other policies

We hope you are completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us, but in the event you need to return an item, you can find the return policy for each item listed on the individual product page.

Since Farm Star Living is a marketplace of independent shops, returns, and exchanges are handled differently from seller to seller. 

For Buyers

In general, each seller on Farm Star Living choses to adopt policies for their products regarding returns and refunds. These policies should be displayed on each vendors product page. Please note that some vendors to not accept returns/refunds and/or exchanges.  

If you do need to return/exchange an item please first email returns@farmstarliving.com within 10 days after receiving your item. 

Food items: 

It's possible you're going to taste one of the products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste. We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide photos if possible.

For Sellers

As a seller on Farm Star Living, you are expected to clearly state your policies about returns and refunds on product page(s). 

 

Cancellations: 

Orders may only be canceled with 2 hours of purchase.  Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel an order so that we can contact the vendor before shipment.
